Ordered two kits with most of the accessories. They arrived a week easrlier than expected. Install was easy with both bikes done 2.5 hours from unpacking. Motors are smooth and have plenty of power. Gets us riding more.

Wanted to get in better shape and move more but didn't want to invest a lot of money in a new electric bike. Not a mechanic but was mostly very easy to setup. The pedal assist makes me work but doesn't make my ride miserable. Tried riding to work today and enjoyed not needing to stand out of the saddle up the hills. Thanks from Reading, PA

I am very pleased with the product. It has made cycling easier and safer using the power available when in electric mode. My husband also has a kit from lvbu factory and we have both found a new enthusiasm for cycling. We are exploring the cycle trails in the New Forest at the moment. The order processing was pretty easy with straight forward instructions but we did have a few minor problems with the installation. We are not biking experts so asked for help from our local bike shop. Once the installation was completed and the bike ready to go, it was so simple to use. Great product.

I am very impressed by the care and attention of their support staff. Faulty components were quickly diagnosed and replaced.
I love the lvbu kit, fitted to a Dynamic shaft-drive bike and especially the fact that lvbu can supply a throttle control, which has greatly enhanced my ebike experience.

It took a while to arrive but that was expected. Works great. But it was not easy to install. Manual and videos were helpful but not 100% clear to me. I'm not the most mechanically savvy person and I'm stubborn to call for support. I had to clip a few parts to make them fit my bike, but in the end it works great!

Great product; love how well it works and how reliable it is. And during installation process, the LVBU team helped me sort out and identify an issue with the display. I bought an adapter to install it and it totally solved the issue -- flawless rides now. Go LVBU!

Mobility issues demanded that I go 'electric' - I had invested heavily over the years in bikes to meet most occasions, Leisure, long cycles, holidaying away from home and shopping. So getting rid of three bike and replace with 1 electric was not a suitable option. I opted to convert (rather than buying cheap electric) and whilst there were some niggles because of my ineptitude I got through with the help from LVBU backup team. Very happy with the transfer and to date only switch to electric mode on hills and after getting lost and need to get home. The fold up bike took a little getting used to and the additions do add weight to the bike - but great for taking abroad still.

I was encouraged by the quick response to an online question from the support team. The early delivery of my kit was an added bonus. The installation was fairly easy. My first ride was amazing. It has been such a joy to ride.

Each step presented a challenge for me and I was able to solve whatever came up. I ended up feeling pretty pleased with myself!
The battery holder was awkward to install and took a little time to figure out which screw I should put in first. I was impressed with the design overall but found/find that charging when it is on the bike is awkward...hard to access the connection.
Getting the control switch onto the handlebar, I had to cut the sleeve-grip off. LVBU kindly reimbursed me for that.
Putting the new wheel with the engine in it was much easier to do than I had expected. I did have to switch the washers around in order to get the disc brake to clear.
Connecting the cables took a bit of ingenuity and some electric tape on one to make sure it stayed connected.
Adding the ties was a breeze.
I was amazed at how easy it was to incorporate the power from the engine when riding the bike and I am thrilled with the result. I should add that it was pretty easy to get support via email although I actually navigated this myself.

I like the basic idea of a simplified motor extension for a pedal bike. The wheel integrates the torque sensor and the battery quality is good. The overall quality and concept gives a good value for money.
