Just received my second conversion kit with the larger battery and am using it every day - great for cruising around NY city. I am only having to charge up once a week and getting plenty of mileage - such a brilliant product - easy to install and operate

I have recently upgraded to the new longer distance battery after having used the older bottle style kit for several years. The new kit seems to activate the motor more smoothly than the previous models, which is great. The battery is not much heavier than the original ones but it gets 50% more distance, which means I only need to recharge the battery once or twice a week instead of three times.
Being able to mount the battery in the bike frame seems to help the bike handle better and it is easier lifting the bike up and down stairs as it is more balanced.
I had an issue with the new cable at the start, some of the pins were bent, but this was quickly sorted out and a new one was sent to me which is working fine.

Having the ebike kit, has really changed my health! I live in quite a hilly place, and have found it difficult to use my bike the last few years, (I am 74 years old)
After seeing the videos and reading the reviews, I decided to buy the kit. I was kept informed right up to delivery, and assembly of the kit was very easy. I could feel the difference in my legs already the first day. The assisted motor helps me get
up the hills easily and then I can adjust the power according to the terrain. The battery lasts about 4-5 days for my use and charges very quickly.
I can recommend the motor kit to anyone thinking of an e-bike conversion kit.

Love it, love it, love it.
It was easy to install and met all my expectations and more. I grin like a Cheshire cat when cycling up hill. I've just ordered a kit for my girlfriend because she can't keep up. I haven't explored ordering extra batteries or accessories yet and I'm hoping it'll be easy to place purchases.
Overall a great cheap option to get yourself an electric bike. ??

I love my new e-bike - I can go further, and it's easier on my painful hip. I never thought I could ride a bike until this kit gave me confidence to ride in town.

We are now enjoying our battery kit. My husband raves about the power boost it gives him on hills and the ease in pedaling. He can keep up with our teenage son now! Would definitely recommend.

great so far a lot easier to ride now with my marin cycle the kit was quite easy to install it's made the bike a bit heavier,but works fine. great kit!!!

Easy to fit and surprisingly effective. It meant I could keep riding my Bacchetta Bellandare recumbent after open-heart surgery.
I have contacted the help desk for advice on the motor, the friendly helpful replies made me feel a valued customer. The constant availability for knowledgeable, helpful, advice is the best thing ever.
LVBU have a super Help Service. It proves they have a quality product, they don't just "sell" and forget their customers. I have really felt on the two occasions I've contacted the Helpdesk that they have been interested. And Yes, the advice did identify issues and has resolved the problem happily, both times.
I should note the kit is really important for me to maintain my health, for me it makes the difference between not-riding at all and being able to get out - that's a big deal healthwise! Thank You for a quality kit that I could fit, that works superbly, and super-friendly supportive Help Desk!!

resurrected my 20 year old mountain bike and also my desire to cycle. Now use it daily to commute to local leisure centre. Good exercise with the pedal assist topping me up and no fighting for car parking spaces when I get there. Love it.

As for my first experience, I’m fully satisfied, the process to get the ebike kit at launch was smooth and clear, the delivery date has been faithfully managed. The box containing the full kit arrived in perfect conditions and the instructios to mount and link all the equipments are clear and easy. My old dad’s mountain bike has just started a new life with the kit, couldn’t believe it could actually happen but it really do. Thanks to all the team working on this amazing project that became true, keep it up!

I had lined up my local bike shop to do the work before the box arrived. They were pleased with ease of installation on my Day 6 semi-recumbent.
I've been able to painlessly turn my thrice weekly 10 mile rides into 25 mile routes! I'm seeing so much more of the world. Will soon upgrade wife's Townie that has coaster brakes - fingers crossed....
